HUMAN FACTORS FOR DISPATCH, FLIGHT ATTENDANTS, MAINTENANCE, GROUND OPS, AND MANAGEMENT GROUPS:

Each of these organizations has unique human factors skills that contribute to a safe and efficient operation. The company Human Factors model should be tailored to each work group. In each case, the program should accommodate the unique cultures and environment of the particular work group and the overall culture and environment of the airline. Whenever possible, issues that cross organizational boundaries should be identified and joint training should be included to create inter-group understanding and to decrease costs through economy of scale. This instruction is accomplished primarily in a classroom setting.

FAA/CAA CERTIFICATE MANAGER TRAINING:

A course for new POIs, APMs, and PPMs to develop specific skills required for airline certificate management. Portions of the course are used to train Airline Program Designees (APDs). This instruction is accomplished in both a classroom setting and in simulators.
